Start dates depend on eligibility, requires documentation, insurance authorization, scheduling and service availbility.
What are things we may need?
You may need parent/guardian contact information, insurance card when using insurance, autism diagnostic documentation ( within the last five years), a referral or physician order and a brief summary of your child's needs, routines and availbility.
